Synopsis

The Conductor’s Spellbook tells the magical story of young Tony Stradivarius, who finds an amazing book of spells during a trip to the concert hall and uses it to enchant the orchestra. The Conductor’s Spellbook is an exciting and interactive concert experience that teaches children about the orchestra - come and be spellbound!

Pre-Concert Talk
As part of a So Arts Group initiative, narrator William Ledbetter will be giving pre-concert talks on both days from 1.15 - 1.45pm. William will talk about how we sit and appreciate a Classical Music concert and introduce the instruments of the orchestra in a kid-friendly and interactive manner.

FREE, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Venue:
8 Sep: Music Studio, Level 3
9 Sep: Hospitality Suite next to Concert Hall, Level 2

Atrium Performance
We will also have a free Victoria Concert Hall atrium performance on 8 September, Saturday, from 3pm – 3.40pm by Cappella Martialis. They will be performing “Tunes from Shakespeare’s London”.
