Principal Walker, Rachel Rachel Walker studied Oboe with Douglas Boyd and Celia Nicklin at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She has performed with several orchestras in England and has also performed worldwide as Principal Oboist with the Philharmonie der Nationen before joining the Singapore Symphony Orchestra as Principal Oboist.
