The intern will assist the Marketing Communications department in various aspects of marketing, including design, production and distribution of both digital and physical collaterals. The internship period will begin on 1 Oct 2021 and applicants who are available for a period of at least 4 months will be given priority. The intern will report to the Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications.
The working arrangement is Mondays-Fridays, 9am to 6pm nominally. On infrequent occasions, some work may be required outside of normal working hours due to concerts/events. Time-off is earned as compensation.
Due to the Work-From-Home requirements currently in force at the SSG, the majority of work is expected to be conducted at home, with occasional visits to SSG administrative office or concert halls where required. This arrangement may change at any time, according to official directives.
To learn aspects of marketing strategy in the field of classical music and put into practice via design and production of various collateral for concerts and events by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and associated groups/brands such as the Singapore Symphony Choruses, VCHpresents and the Singapore International Piano Festival.
