Unless you are exempted, Pre-Event Testing (PET) is required for the concert(s) as specified in its admission requirements. This is a condition stipulated by the authorities in order to permit higher audience capacity.
Due to space constraints at select venues, ticket holders will need to visit a designated clinic for your complimentary PET. Patrons may choose to visit clinics not in the list, but will need to pay the full cost of the tests. There will be no reimbursements for tests taken at non-designed clinics. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Exemptions - the following groups are NOT required to take Pre-Event Tests:
1. Patrons who have completed the full vaccination regimen in Singapore under the national vaccination program (i.e. using PSAR-authorised vaccines) and have had sufficient time to develop sufficient protection (i.e. two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna COVID-19 vaccination) will be exempt from PET.
Please bring a photo ID and a mobile device with call or internet service, or an updated TraceTogether application on the day of the concert. If you do not have a mobile device, please bring along your working TraceTogether token.
2. Patrons who have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 270 days may obtain a PET Exemption Notice from any clinic offering ART or PCR testing services. The list of clinics can be found here.
Please bring the PET exemption notice, a photo ID and a mobile device with call or internet service, or up-to-date TraceTogether application on the day of the concert. If you do not have a mobile device, please bring along your working TraceTogether token.
If you do not qualify for exemption, you will be required to go for a Pre-Event Test (Antigen Rapid Test) any time from 9pm the night before the concert.

For admission into the concert hall, please bring along your photo ID, a mobile device to show the test result and with the most up-to-date TraceTogether app installed. If you do not have a mobile device, please bring along your working TraceTogether token.
Please note that ticket holders will be denied entry if they are unable to produce required evidence.
Any on-site requests for a ticket refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
