Synopsis

Rising star Alina Ibragimova is one of the hottest names in classical music today, and she returns with Brahms’ Violin Concerto in D – a lush painting of noble lyricism exquisitely written for the instrument. Berg’s thoroughly modern “Drei Orchesterstücke” provides startling contrast, as does Bartók’s richly scored Concerto for Orchestra, promising a showcase of every musician on stage.
