Synopsis

They’re only in their early 30s, but have thoroughly made their name in music, and not to mention over 50 thousand followers each on Instagram. Meet the accomplished Lorenzo Viotti, Swiss conductor, an athlete of the stage as comfortable with the baton as his tennis racquet; and Andreas Ottensamer, Principal Clarinet of the Berlin Philharmonic, himself an avid sportsman and an award-winning conductor!
8 Dec Update: please note the change in programme at the artist's request. For the Brahms Clarinet Sonata, movements II and III will be performed. Three new pieces have been added from Andreas Ottensamer's arrangements of Mendelssohn's Songs Without Words for clarinet and string orchestra: Op.67, No.5 Moderato; Op.19, No.6 Andante sostenuto, ‘Venezianisches Gondellied’; and Op.102, No.5 Allegro vivace.

Admission Advice
- Children must be age 7 and above to be admitted into the hall.
- Children under 7 will not be admitted into the hall, even with a ticket.
- Please bring along proof of child’s age, such as a student concession pass, as random checks may be conducted at the venue.
- We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.
- No admission without a ticket.
- You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.
- Photos, video and audio recording are strictly NOT allowed when artistes are performing.
- These are allowed when artistes are not performing, such as during bows and applause. Please disable camera flash before taking photos.
