From one of his smallest-scale symphonies to his ultimate symphonic legacy, SSO Chief Conductor Hans Graf directs Mozart’s delicate 33rd Symphony and the magnificent Jupiter Symphony - written nine years apart but sharing one signature theme - a touch of the divine. The centrepiece this evening is Schumann’s Piano Concerto, a rhapsody of virtuosity in poetry – and the virtuoso making his Singapore debut: Romanian-born German pianist Herbert Schuch.
