The Singapore Symphony Orchestra's digital season will come to an end on 28 June, before we launch our new season in early July. But there are still plenty of musical treats in store before then.
This week, on 10 June, we're revisiting the 2016 Baroque Festival with music by Vivaldi, Locke and Rebel performed by the SSO and violinist Pavlo Beznosiuk.
On Friday 12 June a pair of musical siblings are our guests on the interview series Conversations with the Artist: conductor Gerard Salonga and Broadway legend Lea Salonga. The following week, 19 June, Jon Fox is joined by the brilliant young violinist Yu-Chien (Benny) Tseng.
On Saturday 13 June we continue our series of piano recitals from recent years of the Singapore International Piano Festival with music from Kirill Gerstein and Dénes Várjon. And on 20 June there's a chance to enjoy the SSO's memorable 2013 performance of Britten's epic War Requiem once more.
Meanwhile Musical Soundbites, our series for youngsters, continues its exploration of Saint-Saëns’s Carnival of the Animals, from fossils to kangaroos! A new video launches every Sunday at 3pm on the SSO Facebook and YouTube pages.
