Synopsis
“Jazz is not a style, it’s a process” - so said the inimitable, one-of-a-kind Bill Evans. This homage to one of the greatest jazz pianists of all time and his legendary trio is brought to you by the Thomas Clausen Trio, led by the prolific composer-pianist himself. The programme includes his own compositions, such “For Pi”, a one-of-a-kind ballad echoing Evans’s art, plus pieces from the Trio’s latest release, Back2Basics - “Edelweiss”, “Nature Boy”, Billy Strayhorn’s “Blood Count” and more.

Admission Advice
- Children must be age 7 and above to be admitted into the hall.
- Children under 7 will not be admitted into the hall, even with a ticket.
- Please bring along proof of child’s age, such as a student concession pass, as random checks may be conducted at the venue.
- We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.
- No admission without a ticket.
- You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.
- Photos, video and audio recording are strictly NOT allowed when artistes are performing.
- These are allowed when artistes are not performing, such as during bows and applause. Please disable camera flash before taking photos.
