For auditions, please prepare a song of your choice (either a cappella or accompanied). Any Western classical choral or vocal work you're familiar with would be good.
You may expect a sight-singing portion which will test upon music reading and aural skills. If piano accompaniment is required with your song, do bring along 2 copies of the score with the relevant piano parts, for yourself and the Choral Director / Assistant Choral Conductor. There will be no need to arrange for your own accompanist.
Auditions are typically 15 minutes in duration.
Please note that you must have the ability to read music, and commit to a minimum of 75% of general rehearsals and all compulsory rehearsals.
