Stairway To Heaven

The prolific and award-winning pianist Steven Osborne, “one of Britain’s most treasured musicians”, plays Mozart’s charming Piano Concerto No. 12, a standout work of lyrical peace and effusive melody. We welcome back Maestro Carlos Kalmar in our season-opener of vibrant classics, interspaced by the heavenly invocation of American composer Aaron Jay Kernis’s Musica celestis.

Steven Osborne’s power over the hall was absolute…the atmosphere was spellbound. - RPS Instrumentalist of the Year 2013
