Synopsis
In celebration of its Golden Jubilee, Apsaras Dance Company proudly presents Agápe, a multidisciplinary work exploring the beauty of human relationships: with oneself, between others, with nature, and across cultures. It serves as an artistic response to the contemporary challenges of mental wellbeing, societal disconnect, and digital alienation.
Led by Artistic Director and Cultural Medallion recipient Aravinth Kumarasamy, Agápe also features conductor Joshua Tan, choreographer and guest dancer Rama Vaidhyanathan (India), principal dancer Mohanapriyan Thavarajah (Sri Lanka), music composer Dr Rajkumar Bharathi (India), music arranger and director Sai Shravanam (India), costume design – MOHA by Priyan (Singapore), set designer Wong Chee Wai (Singapore), and dramaturg Lim How Ngean (Australia).

Admission Advice
- This concert is recommended for ages 7 and above.
- Parents or guardians of children who become disruptive during the performance may be requested by venue staff to step out of the hall with the child.
- Each individual must have a ticket for admission.
- Strictly no admission for infant-in-arms and toddlers.
- You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
- Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.
- Photos, video and audio recording are strictly NOT allowed when artistes are performing.
- These are allowed when artistes are not performing, such as during bows and applause. Please disable camera flash before taking photos.
Photographs and videos will be taken at the event in which you may appear. Such photographs and videos may be displayed or published on SSO’s website, social media platforms, publications and publicity materials. By attending the event, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for the foregoing purposes.
