Concert Extras

Due to overwhelming demand and limitations at venues, and to better facilitate fans in the fairest way possible, autograph sessions are now administered via our wristband system, unless otherwise indicated.

Autograph Session Participant Wristband Collection

Detailed information and instructions for each specific concert's autograph session are sent to the ticketholder's SISTIC-registered email address and shared on the Singapore Symphony's Instagram channel in the week of the concert.

To participate in autograph sessions, we will invite you to collect official SSO wristbands before a concert begins. Collection can only be made by ticketholders present in person, with a limit of one wristband per ticketholder. Wristbands are strictly not transferrable. If you have missed the initial collection, you may approach our staff at the SSO merchandise cart to inquire if wristbands are still available.

Usually, 35 wristbands will be issued per session. This limit is imposed in light of several factors, including crowd control, the 20-minute duration of intermissions, the time it takes for an artiste to proceed from backstage to front-of-house, the artiste's travel schedule, and the fact that we do not wish to hold participants past the time when doors close for the second half of a concert. Most autograph sessions are held during the intermission and on rare occasions, post-concert.

Possession of a wristband guarantees you a place in the queue but is not a guarantee that you will meet the artist, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as their flight schedule. Thank you for your support and understanding.
