Synopsis
The great composers like Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven often wrote music not so much for the public, but for their VIPs - Very Important Patrons – emperors, kings, counts … and sometimes just for best friends. In this relaxed concert, musicians of the Singapore Symphony Orchestra will share with you the tales of these VIPs in the composers’ lives, and play their music for you, our VIPs today.

- With effect from 1 September 2023, there is no minimum number of tickets needed for school purchases. However, a minimum of 20 tickets is needed if schools wish to pay via IFAAS.
- Eligible schools are also able to use the Tote Board Arts Grant to subsidize up to 50% (excluding GST) of the final ticket prices.

Admission Advice
- Recommended for ages 5 and above.
- If parents wish to bring children under 5, a ticket for each child is required.
- No admission for infants-in-arms.
- We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.
- No admission without a ticket.
- You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
- This is a relaxed environment performance where rules are eased, allowing audiences to freely enter and exit the concert hall when needed.
- Unauthorised videography is strictly not allowed when artists are performing.
- You may take photos (without flash) during the performance.
Photographs and videos will be taken at the event in which you may appear. Such photographs and videos may be displayed or published on SSO’s website, social media platforms, publications and publicity materials. By attending the event, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for the foregoing purposes.
