Synopsis
Renowned Dutch violinist Janine Jansen makes her Singapore debut with her husband, conductor Daniel Blendulf, playing the intensely virtuosic Sibelius Violin Concerto. The ethereal meandering beauty of Sibelius’s Swan of Tuonela makes a dark contrast to the bright melodies of Dvorak’s Symphony No.8.
