Synopsis
The much-admired violinist Gil Shaham, a familiar friend of the SSO, visits the southwest of Singapore with us. Together we present Tchaikovsky's ever-popular Violin Concerto in a one-hour concert with Richard Strauss' rarely heard Macbeth, a tone poem based on the Shakespearean classic.
