Like many orchestras around the world, the SSO is going through a financially very difficult time.
Due to the Covid-19 situation, our concerts have been cancelled and ticket revenue lost. Our April fundraising gala has been cancelled, resulting in a drop in precious donations. As businesses face an uncertain future, corporate sponsorship has plummeted.
Our musicians are still rehearsing and staging concerts, to reach you online. And we are still working to towards our new 20/21 concert season.
