With her immaculately clear, divine voice, the prodigiously talented, multi-award-winning, veteran mezzo-soprano Anne Sofie von Otter is a legend among vocalists. Her phenomenal career spans more than three decades, her winning voice the star in a myriad range of music from Renaissance Classical to contemporary crossover projects.

Her So Many Things tour is a unique collaboration with trailblazing quartet Brooklyn Rider. So Many Things draws upon a mesmerising array of evocative songs by Pulitzer Prize winner Caroline Shaw, Brooklyn Rider's own Colin Jacobsen, as well as luminescent arrangements of songs by John Adams, Elvis Costello, Rufus Wainwright, Björk and more. “Working with the incomparable Anne Sofie von Otter has been a near constant reminder that there is nothing quite as expressive as the human voice. … In our experience, it is almost always in the reaching between two mediums where the interesting ‘stuff’ happens”, says Brooklyn Rider.

This June, the Victoria Concert Hall will be host to the Singapore leg of the tour, its intimate setting perfectly suited to this evocatively poetic, sensuously sumptuous programme. Don’t miss this rare chance to hear this acclaimed chanteuse – plus a chance to meet her at the post-concert autograph session.
